Assistant Lead Analyst - SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Quality Management (QM) (ERP Proj Del)

Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior System Analyst specializing in SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) and Quality Management (QM) modules. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing SAP solutions, ensuring system stability, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance and quality processes of the organizatiRole & ResponsibilitiesAct as the subject matter expert (SME) for SAP PM and QM modules in S/4HANAPartner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, pain points, and improvement opportunities across maintenance, inspection, and quality processesReview and quality control of vendor’s deliverables such as configuration, enhancements, and testing in PM & QM modulesDesign and implement preventive maintenance programs, equipment hierarchies, notifications, work orders, calibration processes, and inspection plansIntegrate PM & QM processes with other SAP modules such as MM, and FI/CSupport master data governance related to equipment, functional locations, measuring points, inspection characteristics, and quality recordsCollaborate with technical teams (ABAP, PI/PO, Integration Suite) to deliver system enhancements and custom developmentsPrepare and maintain functional specifications, solution documentation, test scripts, and training materialsLead system testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) and coordinate cutover activitiesProvide Level 2/3 support, resolve incidents, and drive root cause analysisMonitor SAP S/4HANA innovations, Fiori apps, and best practices for PM & QM and propose adoption where beneficialMentor junior analysts and contribute to SAP COE knowledge baseRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field5 + years of experience in SAP implementation and support in PM and QM modulesHands-on experience with S/4HANA (1809 or later), including Fiori apps and business processesStrong knowledge of Plant Maintenance processes (preventive, corrective, breakdown maintenance, refurbishment, calibration)Strong knowledge of Quality Management processes (quality inspection, quality notifications, results recording, usage decisions, calibration).Experience in SAP PM-QM integration with MM, PP, EAM, and SDProven ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions and deliver high-quality documentationFamiliarity with SAP Activate methodology and project lifecycle managementFamiliarity with GMP practiceExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skillsExperience in Singapore healthcare industry or public sector is a plus.Apply NowClick Enter to update the description of Apply NowNOTE: It only takes a few minutes to apply for a meaningful career in HealthTech - GO FOR IT!!
