E3 Solutions (Extreme Exhibition & Event Solution Ltd.) is looking for Assistant Manager - Client ServiceJob Description / ResponsibilityPrepare comprehensive tender documents and technical proposals for local and international events and exhibitions/trade showsDevelop and deliver compelling client pitches and presentations to secure new business opportunitiesConduct site inspections and feasibility assessments for potential event venuesPrepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and project timelines for client proposalsServe as the primary point of contact for assigned client accountsBuild and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention ratesConduct regular client meetings to understand evolving needs and gather feedbackProactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accountsHandle client queries, concerns, and escalations with professionalism and efficiencyOversee end-to-end execution of events and exhibitions/trade shows from conception to completionCoordinate with internal teams including creative, production, logistics, and operationsManage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for event services and suppliesDevelop detailed event run sheets, timelines, and contingency plansEnsure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety standardsSupervise on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown activitiesManage event budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery without compromising qualityEducational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related fieldExperience RequirementsAt least 7 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Advertising Agency,Event ManagementAdditional RequirementsExperience & EducationMinimum 7 years of proven experience in the event management and exhibition/trade show industryDemonstrated track record of successfully managing large-scale events and exhibitionsSkills & CompetenciesExceptional client servicing and relationship management abilitiesStrong tender preparation and proposal writing skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and BanglaOutstanding project management and organizational capabilitiesProficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management toolsStrong negotiation and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyHigh attention to detail with excellent time management abilitiesLeadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate diverse teamsPersonal AttributesResult-oriented with a client-first mindsetSelf-motivated with strong initiative and ownershipFlexible and adaptable to changing priorities and tight deadlinesCreative thinking combined with practical execution capabilities
