Purpose Of The JobThis position will be responsible for the overall Inventory managementThis position will ensure implementation of Demand & Supply Planning Processes.to maintain high Customer Service levels for all Finished Good product categoriesKey ResponsibilitiesManage the collation of forecasts from key stakeholders and finalize the forecast in discussion with the Sales & PlanningSupport planner to ensure material availability across all point of SaleReview & Report daily actions basis ROL and demand predictionEnsure 100% fill rate and less lost orders in the Supply chainDaily interaction with customer service team to fulfill the demandDaily interaction with production team, MHD team to ensure schedule adherenceSupport Planner to execute the actions required to fulfill customer demandRefresh the inventory norms (FG, RM) periodically along with the respective planner.Ensure correct allocation and movements of stocks from Plants, 3Ps to warehouses as per sales forecasts.Interact with vendors for timely delivery of traded good itemsMinimize the slow moving and obsolete inventoryTechnical SkillsKnow how about Planning and inventory management processSAP MM module knowledgeMicrosoft Excel, Outlook and Word CompatibilityEducation/ QualificationBE/BTech with 3-4 years of experience in the inventory management processPreferably from manufacturing industryWorking knowledge about supply chain operating processBehavioral CompetenciesTeam player, Good communication skill, Quick learner, Positive attitude
