Job DescriptionAssist the Director of Sales in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue targetsMaintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-sellingConduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and potential clientsPrepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposalsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and servicesMonitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferencesMaintain accurate sales records and prepare regular performance reportsOrganize and conduct client meetings, property tours, and site inspections as neededStay updated on product knowledge and industry developmentsMentor and support junior sales team membersQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldProven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within a relevant industryStrong understanding of sales techniques and strategiesExcellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Experience with CRM systems is highly advantageousDemonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targetsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesCapacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentProfessional appearance and customer-focused mindsetKnowledge of local market trends and business practices in VisakhapatnamFluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus
