Zepto Café extends our commitment to convenience, featuring a curated menu of over 200 fresh items.Role: Director - Off-Role Talent Sourcing/HiringStakeholder Management/ Problem Solving/Key Understanding of Manpower DynamicsLocation: BengaluruReporting to: SD Ops StrategyCore Areas: City ops specific HR strategic programs/HR Operations. Provide direct HR support to the business leading an overall employee base of approximately 1300+ stores and to further expansion as well.Qualification: MBA-HR or any HR-related specialization.Experience: 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources preferably from warehouse and supply chain background. Experience in blue collar workforce management is preferred.Responsibilities, aka, what we’d like you to deliver:Lead the Sourcing charter for the hiring of blue collar folks across all verticals.Collaborate with the city business team to understand employee needs and provide, implement HR solutions.Work with managers and employees to address all types of employee relations/ conflict resolution issues, fairly representing all interests.Act as a trusted advisor to eCommerce leaders, providing guidance on various HR matters including talent management, organizational design, performance management, and employee relations.Implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.Ensure the onboarding process meets the needs of the function.Implement performance management processes and provide coaching to support career development.Identify training needs and coordinate relevant development programs.Foster a culture of continuous learning and skill development within the teams.Implement and execute HR programs and initiatives within the eCommerce function, ensuring alignment with company-wide HR policies and practices.Track HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs (such as Retention, succession planning, Attrition, Diversity, mapping of critical role & critical talent)Provide regular reports to leadership on HR-related KPIs.Review and analyse business metrics including data on retention and employee experience to recommend systemic improvements.Provide guidance and support to eCommerce managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.Needs to develop organic channels for sourcing across the roles so that the turnaround time for hiring is minimal.What We’re Looking ForPeople with endless curiosity and hunger to learn Owners who will think of Zepto as their own venture Operators obsessed with customer experienceGood knowledge of labour regulationsPossess exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
