Identifying, negotiating, and developing a dedicated supplier/ vendor source for achieving cost effective purchase for Indirect Supplies,Key Responsibilities:Support in floating RFPs/RFQs for the Indirect Procurement category (Uniforms, Travel, Hotel , Systems ERP, Consumables).Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support implementation of sourcing strategies and category initiatives.Track, update, and maintain procurement dashboards and reports for category performance and savings.Support vendor evaluation, onboarding, and performance tracking.Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, documentation, and timely deliveries.Assist in identifying potential vendors and gathering market intelligence for cost benchmarking.Work closely with the Category Lead to execute sourcing plans and monitor progress against savings targets.Ideal Candidate Profile:5-10 years’ experience in a Purchase / Supply Chain role with minimum 3 years’ experience in a managerial capacity in a FM business/ Indirect BuyingBusiness Know-How – Understanding of our business; Knowledge of Indirect - Nonfood material ( Uniforms, Travel, Hotel , Systems ERP, Consumables)The ability to leverage interpersonal skills to establish rapport and develop relationships with all key stakeholders: suppliers, customers & colleagues.Negotiation skills - The ability to persuade, influence and explore options and alternatives to reach outcomes that will gain acceptance of all and will also meet organization’s strategic procurement objectives.This role offers an opportunity to contribute directly to Sodexo’s growth journey by shaping a future-ready, engaged, and high-performing workforce.Why SODEXO:Healthy Work-Life BalanceLeadership DevelopmentGlobal Career OpportunitiesCross-Functional CollaborationInclusive CultureCompetitive CompensationComprehensive Health & Wellness BenefitsDisclaimer: If you do not hear from us within 14 days of your application, please consider your application unsuccessful on this occasion.
