Job Title- Assistant Manager- Process TrainingLocation- Megaworld, ILO(Onsite)Shift- Night ShiftReq 3-5 yrs of experience in training in BPO setting.Responsibilities1- Design and deliver process-specific training for new hires and tenured employees.2- Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify training needs and develop targeted learning solutions.3- Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.4- Maintain and update training materials, SOPs, and documentation.Lead train-the-trainer initiatives and mentor junior trainers.5- Ensure all training content complies with organizational and regulatory standards.6- Support onboarding and continuous learning programs.7- Generate training reports and insights for leadership.8- Assist in implementing LMS and digital learning tools.
