For our Massimo Dutti store in Zurich, we are looking for an Assistant Store Manager who will support the Store Manager in driving performance, leading the team, and ensuring operational excellence.As a key member of the management team, you will contribute to the continued growth and success of the store by strengthening commercial performance, elevating customer experience, and developing team talent in line with Massimo Dutti’s premium positioning.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team DevelopmentSupport the Department Manager & Store Manager in leading and developing a high-performing teamEnsure daily coaching and active presence on the shop floorMonitor individual performance and provide regular feedbackContribute to talent identification and internal developmentFoster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellenceCommercial PerformanceDrive the achievement of key KPIs (sales, conversion rate, average basket, productivity, etc.)Analyze business results and implement action plans to improve performanceOptimize product availability, stock management, and replenishmentLead by example in delivering strong sales resultsCustomer Experience & Brand ImageGuarantee a premium customer experience aligned with the Massimo Dutti identityEnsure Visual Merchandising standards are implemented and maintainedMonitor store layout, product presentation, and overall imageAct as a brand ambassador within the Zurich marketOperational ExcellenceEnsure smooth daily operations and compliance with Swiss regulationsSupport workforce planning and organization of schedulesMonitor procedures related to cash management, stock control, and securityContribute to cost control and operational efficiencyProfileMinimum 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role (fashion / premium sector preferred)Strong commercial mindset with good analytical skillsHands-on leadership style with strong presence on the sales floorHigh level of service orientation and attention to detailFluent German requiredProfessional level of English required
