Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Gujranwala. The Assistant Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and creating strategies to drive company growth and achieve Sales targets. Key duties include market research, developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business goals. Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills are essential for this role. Qualifications Leadership, team management, and staff coordination skillsExperience in customer service and client relationship managementUnderstanding of strategic planning, report preparation, and policy complianceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectivelyProficiency in MS Office and relevant software applicationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related fieldExperience in the insurance industry is a plus
