Job Description

Job Objective:To support our business growth by engaging with potential clients, introducing the company’s services, and strengthening the market presence through effective communication, lead management, and marketing initiatives aligned with corporate objectives.Key Responsibilities/Duties:Initiate and maintain professional communication with leads, prospects, and potential clients to introduce our company services and capabilities.Supports the Business Development Team in generating and qualifying leads through direct outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, etc.).Develop and deliver presentations, and service introductions customized to client needs.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure marketing content, service portfolios, and proposals are up to date and aligned with branding standards.Participate or attend Forums, Exhibition and Conference whenever needed. Manage and maintain the company’s CRM or lead database, ensuring all communications and client interactions are properly recorded.Assist in the preparation of business development materials, including brochures, corporate profiles, newsletters, and digital campaigns.Support participation in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events, including pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up.Collaborate with the Creative and Digital Team to enhance our company online presence through social media, website updates, and digital outreach.Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, competitors, and trends relevant to our company service sectors.Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide regular reports and recommendations for improvement. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.Business Development, Digital Marketing, or Brand Management are an advantage.3-4 years of relevant experience in marketing, client relations, or business development (preferably in the HR, outsourcing, or service industries).Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage professionally with high-level clients.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho).Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, and email campaign software.Ability to multitask, prioritize work effectively, and meet deadlines under pressure.A high level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.Send your updated resume to: aqib.kafayat@linrco.com
