Primary ResponsibilitiesIdentify revenue optimization opportunities at franchise hotels and provide suggestions to hotel General ManagersGuide franchise hotels on effective channels management including direct web and or third-party channels at hotelsConduct hotel reviews and audits to ensure franchise hotels are operating according to Accor standardsPartner with the operations team to oversee the implementation and execution of Accor commercial programs and standards, including Best Rate Guarantee PolicyReview the hotels’ operating process and system setup to optimize reservation fees from Franchise hotelsProvide recommendations to Franchise hotels on how to leverage the Accor Sales and Marketing tools and trainingOversee new franchise hotel openingsManage the hotel compliance of Accor’s defined Loyalty Operating Standards to ensure Loyalty Fees are optimized at all Franchise hotelsParticipate in the corporate budgeting and rolling forecasting progress of franchise hotelsKnowledge and ExperienceBachelor’s Degree or equivalentMin. 5 years of experience in hotel industryLanguage Requirement: Fluent in Mandarin and English(verbal and written) is a must.Good interpersonal and team working skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employeesStrong understanding of market influences and impacts on supply and demandExcellent data analysis capabilityPower Point design, good presentation and influencing skillsFlexible, able to embrace and respond to change effectivelyMulticultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures and backgroundsAbility to work independently with strong initiative in a dynamic environmentSelf-motivated and enthusiastic
