Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.General Summary:A great storyteller of dubbing creative and quality control, to ensure localization fits with Company’s brand standards, quality, and cultural adaptation across all APAC languages.Key Responsibilities:Creating dubbing briefs to deliver against overall business objectives for the key priority contents.Working closely with the Company’s dubbing teams to influence the language strategy for the Company’s contents.Developing linguistic and cultural standards and dubbing guidelines.Briefing, and directing vendors to ensure the maximum appeal of the Company’s content to local audiences.Approving scripts, audio tracks and ensuring the creative and technical quality meets the Company’s standards.Supervising casting process, provide dubbing studios with casting notes/advice and approve voice talent.Managing creative inputs on the dubbing project and helping to supervise such through to execution. To ensure company’s properties are successfully implemented in local market through creative dubbing.Communicate creative ideas in a clear manner to vendor studios, to make certain that the original creative intent is not lost in translation. Advising on the best course of action to the Company regarding localization creative including songs dubbing, casting of celebrities/ known talents dubbing, establishing regular cross international and/or regional collaboration on dubbing for the Company.Contacting, managing, and liaising with vendors and operational staff to meet creative goals and deadlines.Working with operational staff to ensure that all contracts, invoices and planned dubbing schedule are in place.Monitoring the markets for shifting cultural concerns and standards and ensuring the dubbing fits with local broadcast regulationsVendors and local resources recruitment, including studios visit and facility approval.  Support on Budget and Cost calculation (if any freelancers/3rd parties QC apply). Team development, management, and planning.  Supporting the Company’s programming department and developing close relationships by working together with the Company’s marketing, public relations, and creative services departments to achieve the Company’s goals.Other services as Company management may require of you from time to time.Experience required: 4-8 years’ experience or above in Dubbing Creative field.
