Assistant Finance ManagerIndustry - Oil and GasLocation - Rayong, ThailandMain Duties and Responsibilities:The Assistant Finance Manager is responsible for preparing a Financial Statement and financial reports for the company and its present.Scope of Work Prepare financial statement and financial reports of the monthly interim accounts and production report for the company in the form of management accounts including reconciliations.Prepare budgets, forecasts and reporting packs (monthly, quarterly and yearly).Prepare management accounts along with various reports and presentations.Verify the accuracy of invoices, tax documents, and supporting materials for accounting entries.Review documents and issue invoices to affiliated companies, follow up on outstanding payments, and record receipts in the accounting systemManage petty cash, income accounts, expense accounts, and cost accounts.Prepare cash flow forecasts (weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly).Analyze various reports and request clarifications and corrections as needed.Adhere to all company policies and procedures including our Group Code of Conduct.Perform additional tasks assigned by the Finance Manager from time-to-time.Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related fieldHave a license as an accountant / CPD requiredMinimum 3–5 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including exposure to both management reporting and financial analysis.Strong understanding of local and international accounting standards (TFRS, IFRS)Experience in monthly closing, consolidation, and management reportingMicrosoft Word, Excel, (Knowledge of computer e.g., Word, Excel, Power Point) Proficiency in MS Office.Proven track record of supporting audits and statutory complianceExcellent communication skills in Thai and English, both written and verbalGood mindset, positive outlook of life and committed to learn new thingsHigh level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential informationStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailResults-oriented, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesProactive and adaptive in fast-paced environmentsContinuous learner committed to professional growth and digital transformation
