Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, the largest listed Conglomerate in Sri Lanka.The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will assist the Food and Beverage Manager in implementing strategies to drive superior service levels and create unique guest experiences. This role will be responsible for increasing revenue, controlling inventory and costs, and improving performance levels.ResponsibilitiesAssist the Food and Beverage Manager in implementing strategies.Drive superior service levels and create unique guest experiences.Increase revenue and control inventory and costs.Improve performance levels.Stay up to date with food and beverage trends.Understand fine dining experiences with upscale services.Establish and deliver effective programs to enhance service standards.Develop exceptional menus and make necessary upgrades.Qualifications & SkillsWork-related experience in a similar role.Passion for consistently driving guest satisfaction.Good team player.Awareness of the latest food and beverage trends and practices.
