Our Advisory Services: Forensic Advisory team has dedicated our careers to support clients in helping them navigate and traverse these difficult terrains fraught with integrity risks. Be it advising clients to proactively improve their internal anti-fraud and corporate governance framework, supporting them in performing forensic investigations or dispute resolution, we set out to collaborate with the clients and are committed to helping the clients achieve their objectives.As an Assistant Manager - Forensic Advisory team, you will:The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role as a responsible team member, actively participating in investigation engagements and anti-fraud reviews, focusing on risk assessments. Additionally, this role involves supporting our local practice lead with business development initiatives, including research and other assigned tasks.Project-Related Tasks (Essential):Conduct detailed work steps in investigation procedures, including risk identification and proposing mitigation strategies.Efficiently organize and execute project management duties in line with established plans.Prepare and deliver high-quality outputs for assigned engagements.Forensic or Anti-Fraud Engagements:Carry out thorough analyses of financial data provided by clients, including but not limited to trial balances and general ledgers.Examine relevant documents like invoices, purchase orders, and comparative quotations, depending on the specific requirements of each assignment.Conduct public domain searches, including corporate registration databases and social media, as the engagement necessitates.In investigation scenarios, scrutinize electronically stored information (ESI) across various formats, including emails and documents.Desired Qualifications and Skills:Possession of a CPA license, or a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Law, or related fields.Exceptional command of the English language, both in verbal and written communication, to ensure effective interaction within our diverse team and client base.Proficiency in computer skills, particularly with MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).Adept at financial analysis, encompassing the review of financial data and related documents.Skilled in conducting public domain/internet searches and adept at utilizing forensic platforms such as Relativity, Intella, or NUIX for the review of electronically stored information.At the heart of our operations lies a unique balance – we are neither a large conglomerate nor a small boutique firm.
