Role Description The Assistant Manager will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining store standards. Responsibilities include staff training and supervision, inventory management, visual merchandising, and identifying opportunities to maximize revenue. The Assistant Manager will also be involved in implementing company policies and fostering a positive and motivated team environment. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Glasgow City. Qualifications Customer service skills, including the ability to interact effectively with customers and address their needs.Strong leadership, team supervision, and motivational abilities to foster a positive working environment.Experience in visual merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining store standards.Organizational and time-management skills for efficient handling of multiple tasks and responsibilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Previous experience in retail or sales leadership roles is beneficial.Familiarity with the fashion industry and a passion for the French Connection brand is a plus.
