The company is a fully owned subsidiary of the Al-Futtaim Group, U.A.E.Overview of the role:This role is responsible for supporting the effective operation and continuous improvement of HR systems and shared services across the employee lifecycle. The role ensures accurate data management, system functionality, and service delivery while contributing to automation, compliance, and analytics that enhance the overall HR experienceKey Responsibilities:Support daily operations of HR systems including SAP SuccessFactors and miHCM.Maintain accurate employee data and ensure system integrity.Assist in offboarding, and employee records management.Coordinate statutory benefits and ensure regulatory compliance.Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives.Liaise with IT and vendors for system troubleshooting and enhancements.Prepare HR dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders.Handle employee queries in a timely mannerMonitor compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.What equips you for the roleA bachelor’s degree / professional qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR operations/ HR Shared Services, HRIS & HR system managementProven experience with HR systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors and miHCM.Required skills to be successfulStrong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and service delivery models.Advanced proficiency in Excel and HR analytics tools.Analytical mindset with attention to detail.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Send your resume to AMW.Careerswithus@amwltd.com with the subject line within 14 days of this advertisement.
