Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesOversee, administer, and continuously enhance the performance management framework, including KPI formulation, evaluation processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.Develop, implement, and manage rewards and recognition programs that drive employee motivation, engagement, and retention.Manage employee relations matters and disciplinary processes in full compliance with the Malaysian Labour Laws and established company policies.Support the formulation, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and best practices.Conduct regular audits and reviews of HR policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance with the Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967, and other relevant regulations.Partner with line managers to foster a high-performance culture and ensure HR practices promote fairness, accountability, and compliance.Liaise with relevant government authorities (e.g., IR Department, JTK) and prepare all required documentation and reports in a timely manner.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience, with exposure to Rewards, Performance Management, and Industrial Relations functions preferred.In-depth understanding of the Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967, and related employment legislation.Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality HR support and initiatives.
