QUALIFICATIONSMinimum of 4 years of HR generalist experience in a fast-paced environment.Exposure and experience in the construction industry, an advantage but not required.Strong background in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.In-depth knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.Ability to develop long-term HR strategies that align with company goals.Excellent conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.RESPONSIBILITIESABOUT THE ROLE:The Senior HR Specialist will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retention, ensuring that HR policies and procedures support company objectives. This role requires expertise in hiring strategies, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational development to create an efficient, effective and motivated workforce.WHAT YOU’LL DO:Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.Develop hiring strategies to meet business needs.Employee Relations & Engagement:Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.Promote a positive and inclusive work culture that aims to achieve harmonious relationship among employees, as well as collaborative connection between the Management and the employees.Implement employee engagement programs and initiatives to enhance morale and efficiency.HR Policies & Compliance:Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies in alignment with labor laws and company guidelines.Performance Management:Oversee performance evaluations, provide coaching to managers as necessary, and support employee development initiatives.Training & Development:Identify training needs and coordinate programs to enhance employee skills, personality and leadership development.Compensation & Benefits:Collaborate with the Management when it comes to salary structuring, and benefits administration to ensure competitive and fair compensation.HR Strategy & Process Improvement:Analyze HR metrics, recommend improvements, and contribute to organizational development strategies.
