Job Title: HR Assistant ManagerLocation: Sharjah, UAEReports To: HR ManagerKey Responsibilities: • Support daily HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws. • Assist in recruitment, interviews, and onboarding of new employees. • Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution. • Coordinate performance appraisals and training programs. • Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation. • Oversee payroll coordination, leave management, and benefits administration. • Prepare HR reports and assist in workforce planning.Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. • 3–5years’ HR experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role. • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices. • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software. • Arabic Speaker
