This role combines strategic sales leadership with operational oversight to deliver high-quality vending solutions that meet client needs and company objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesSales LeadershipIdentify and target potential clients, including corporate offices, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and public venues.Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.Conduct product presentations, negotiate contracts, and close sales to secure new business.Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.Installation OversightCoordinate the installation of vending machines, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.Collaborate with technical teams to address installation challenges and ensure seamless setup.Ensure compliance with all local regulations and safety standards during installation processes.Operational ManagementOversee the maintenance and servicing of vending machines to ensure optimal functionality.Implement inventory management practices to ensure timely restocking and product availability.Develop and manage schedules for regular servicing and emergency repairs.Monitor machine performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience.Team Leadership and ReportingLead and mentor a team of sales and technical staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge.Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, installation progress, and operational metrics to senior management.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in sales, preferably within the vending or food services industry.Strong understanding of vending machine technology and maintenance requirements.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Knowledge of local regulations and safety standards related to vending operations.Physical RequirementsAbility to lift and move vending machines and related equipment.Comfortable with travel to client sites for installations and service visits.Ability to work in various environments, including offices, schools, and public venues.Compensation and BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experience.Performance-based incentives and bonuses.Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
