These will include but is not limited to project briefs, case studies, technical and financial due diligence analysis and reports.Prepare and conduct pitches / presentationsWork on documentation related to transaction management; building options list, request for proposal, letters of intent, etc.Negotiate terms and contracts on behalf of clients.Work with our Client Engagement Coordinator on providing clients post-sales supportHelp mount and attend various client engagement activities· Client farming activities: cold calling, saturation exercises and seeks other legal means to generate clients.Qualifications Skills & Experience At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this positionPreferably specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalentStrong analytical, negotiation and presentation skillsGreat organizational & interpersonal skills.Additional InformationWhat's On OfferA competitive base salary and benefits structure.Opportunity to work in an enterprising environment where you can accelerate your career growth.Future opportunities for both domestic and international opportunities.A global culture, with a strong focus on learning and development.
