Badal And Company is looking for Assistant Manager / Manager - C&F Marketing DivisionJob Description / ResponsibilityLead and oversee all marketing initiatives for the C&F division, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive business growth and client acquisition.Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high service satisfaction and retention.Monitor and evaluate marketing performance, preparing detailed reports on client feedback, revenue, and market trends for senior management.Coordinate closely with the C&F operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client commitments.Supervise and mentor the marketing team, including executives and assistant managers, to ensure efficiency and accountability.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for expansion and competitive advantage.Prepare and oversee the creation of client proposals, quotations, presentations, and other marketing materials.Implement and maintain standards, processes, and best practices to improve marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency.Drive innovative marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and strategic business development activities.Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsMastersBachelor’s degree in any discipline (BBA/MBA preferred)Diploma in Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain ManagementProfessional certification in Marketing, Supply Chain Management, LogisticsExperience Requirements3 to 7 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Clearing and Forwarding (C and F) Companies, Freight forwardingAdditional RequirementsStrong academic foundation with practical knowledge of marketing, business development, and C&F operationJob LocationChattogram, Dhaka
