Badal And Company is looking for Executive / Sr. Executive - Marketing (C&F Division)Job Description / ResponsibilityClient Communication & Relationship ManagementIdentify potential clients and promote company’s C&F servicesBuild and maintain strong professional relationships with existing clientsEnsure regular follow-up with clients for shipment updates, service queries, and delivery schedulesPrepare and present service proposals, quotations, and pricing structures to clientsC&F Operation SupportCoordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth cargo clearance and deliveryCollect and verify shipment-related documents from clientsSupport clients regarding customs, port procedures, and clearance timelinesMaintain continuous communication between the client and internal C&F teamMarketing & Business DevelopmentAchieve monthly sales/marketing targets for the C&F divisionDevelop new business opportunities from local and multinational companiesParticipate in market analysis and competitor researchProvide input for developing marketing strategiesReporting & DocumentationPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reportsMaintain client database and update CRM recordsEnsure all client communications, quotations, and proposals are documented properlyCoordination & Service QualityCoordinate with transport, warehouse, and billing teams for client servicesEnsure high service quality to maintain strong customer satisfactionResolve client complaints professionally and promptlyEducational RequirementsBachelor’s degree in any discipline (BBA/MBA preferred)Diploma in Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management.Degree or professional certification in Marketing, Logistics, SCM.Candidates with strong knowledge of C&F operations, customs documentation, and port procedures will get priority.Experience Requirements2 to 5 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Clearing and Forwarding (C and F) Companies, Freight forwardingJob LocationChattogram, Dhaka
