You will oversee the lifecycle governance of end-user services, including device, patch, and image management. Your role will involve providing governance for endpoint security, compliance posture, and control assurance activities, ensuring that service levels and customer satisfaction metrics are consistently met.Your Key ResponsibilitiesEnd User Compute Responsibilities:Oversee the lifecycle governance of end-user services, including device, patch, and image management.Provide governance for endpoint security, compliance posture, and control assurance activities.Monitor EUC service levels, performance indicators, and customer satisfaction metrics.Govern change and release management processes; maintain user knowledge bases and service documentation.Support continuity planning, workforce enablement, and ongoing service improvement.To qualify for the role, you must have:A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.Approximately 7+ years of related work experience in end-user services and device management.Strong understanding of patch management, change and release management processes.Proven experience in monitoring service levels and performance indicators.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to learn new technologies.What We Look ForHighly motivated individuals with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry.
