This includes creating and driving interventions that promote a culture of having continuous Growth Conversations, enhance internal visibility of Talent, enhance our employee value proposition and drive governance through system integration of these interventions1. Design and drive interventions to Promote a culture of Learning and Growth throughGrowth ConversationsIndividual Development Plans (IDPs)Talent Learning JourneysOther new interventions as needed2. Design and drive interventions to optimize the Build vs Buy ratio of Talent throughKnow your Talent ConversationsFireside Chats with LeadersOther interventions as needed4. Drive Cohort based Talent Learning Journeys throughTalent Learning Needs Identification and analysisRe-designing and driving Learning Journeys basis Talent Needs5. Optimise governance of Talent Interventions through system integration6. Develop and implement consistent methods and metrics to measure the Talent Health of the organization through:Creating Unified view of Talent through Talent CardsTalent Review metrics and dashboardsManaging Succession pipeline across all BUsMarket research and other relevant benchmarks7. Reporting and analytics around these talent management processes including tracking of budgets, negotiations & execution of contracts with external partnersKey InterfacesExternalHR / Tech Consultants / VendorsLearning PartnersInternalHR Leads and HR Business Partners (HRBP)HR COEs such as Rewards, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, HR Technology TransformationBU/Functional Heads, Plant HeadsFunctional COEs like IT, SAP Support, Legal for project specific needsEducational Qualifications MBA or Post Graduation in Human ResourcesExperience 3-5 years experience in HR with min. 2 yrs experience as HR Business PartnerPreferred - Working knowledge of Organizational design, Talent Management Practices, Facilitation SkillsPreferred Experience of working in a fast-paced and dynamic work environmentKnowledge and Skills (Functional / Technical)Ability to conduct research and translate concepts into interventionsStrong analytical and data visualization skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPointAbility to drive decisions through data-based insights and analyticsExcellent written and verbal communication skillFacilitation of group discussions/ Behavioural learning workshops preferred, including pre-work planning, moderation and post-session synthesisAbility to collaborate, develop and maintain relationships with stakeholdersHigh attention to detail.
