Assistant Manager / Manager, Finance (REIT)

Our client is a REIT and it is currently seeking an experienced finance professional to join its team.As part of the finance team, you will be involved in overseeing daily finance operation and internal control process, preparing and managing monthly/quarterly/annual group consolidation and management reporting. You are responsible for quarterly and annual returns to MAS for Trustee-Manager and all quarterly financial results, announcements and management reporting to the Board. You are responsible for annual tax filing, semi-annual tax computations, manage and liaison with the tax agents on tax-related matters.Key Requirements:Good degree in Accountancy, Finance or ACCA, with at least 5 years’ relevant working experiencePrior working experience in hospitality or REIT will be advantageousGood technical skills in financing reporting, modelling and financial analysisHighly analytical with good problem-solving skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsHighly motivated, hands-on and a good team player
