What You BringBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability Management, Environmental Engineering, or a related field — bonus points if you hold certifications in GHG accounting, ISO 14064, or sustainability reporting.8+ years in environmental management, sustainability, or ESG – ideally in HVAC, manufacturing, or built environment sectors.Solid understanding of lifecycle refrigerant management and relevant regulations.Expertise in GHG accounting, refrigerant lifecycle impacts, and frameworks like the GHG Protocol & ISO 14064.Familiarity with sustainability reporting, carbon accounting tools, and climate-related financial disclosures.Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including experience with public-private partnerships.Why Join Us?Because at Daikin, you won’t just talk sustainability – you’ll lead it.
