Company: Nissan Motor (Thailand) Co., Ltd.Working Location: Nissan Office , Bangna-Trad KM.22, Samut Prakarn, ThailandHiring Condition: PermanentJob DescriptionOversee Free Zone Inbound operation activities (Import parts & Local parts). Ensure work completion and smooth operation with minimize impact/penalties. Manage Free Zone inventory control & lead Customs physical inventory audit readiness. Perform inbound shipments reconciliation and explain on transaction variances. Identify opportunity in processes change, re-engineering or cost savings in duties, tariffs or day-to-day operations. Ensure full compliance with Free Zone regulation related or impact to inbound operations. Prepare and review all necessary import/export documentation, including customs clearance, invoices, import licenses, certificates of origin and other required documents. Coordinate customs clearance procedures with customs brokers. Manage National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Committee (NBTC) licenses & stickers for import CBU & parts clearance. Validate certificates of origin or FTA form for import parts shipments. Support leadership on a regulation analysis for project implementation. Develop SOPs and improve inbound customs workflows. Support and advise technical taxes information to internal departments. Collaborate with internal departments (Supply chain, Production, Finance, Legal etc.) for transactional review, Customs strategies advisory, risk mitigation. Maintain strong relationships with customs brokers and government agencies. Prepare monthly saving report and on time submission to project leader. Complete monthly customs report/retention documents for inbound operations. Review Customs broker KPIs and monthly reports. Validate and reconcile Customs broker's billings before approval by superior level. QualificationBachelor's degree in Logistics/ Supply Chain/ Business Administration or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in import/export, Customs operations and Free Zone management are preferred. Knowledge and experience in Automotive industry is advantage. Strong understanding of import regulations, customs procedures and tariff classification and other related regulationsGood knowledge of Customs and Free Zone regulations, Incoterms, Taxes privilege (FTA, BOI, Section 29), NBTC and TISI. Good in English communication. Good skills in management and interpersonal. Good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Leadership, initiative learning ability and compliance-oriented mindset. Team spirit, effective communication, and analytical skills for problem-solving. Good interpersonal relations and positive thinking. Ability to manage teams and work under pressure.
