Your role is to lead the Arabic and Cold Kitchen team in crafting innovative, high-quality creations that align with the lifestyle brand’s ethos. You will manage all aspects of Middle Eastern & Cold breakfast production, from concept development to daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and seamless integration with the overall culinary vision.QualificationsYOUR SKILL & EXPERIENCE Proven experience as an Arabic Sous Chef or in a similar role within Middle Eastern cuisine.Strong knowledge of traditional and contemporary Arabic dishes, ingredients, and culinary techniquesAbility to develop creative, high-quality recipes that align with modern lifestyle brand conceptsCommitment to maintaining hygiene, safety, and food quality standards at all timesAbility to work collaboratively with multicultural teams and communicate effectivelyPassion for innovation, trend awareness, and continuous improvement in culinary offerings
