Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual for Contract Procurement to support our procurement team in managing contracts and vendor relationships. The successful candidate will assist in negotiating contract terms, maintaining contract databases, and ensuring compliance with contractual agreementsKey Responsibilities Timely and efficiently follow standard operating procedure (SOP) for Procurement and service contracts as per Company standards. To Coordinate with the end users and other departments. Negotiation with vendor, along with departmental stakeholders, & assist on time deliveries and contract renewal Monthly / Quarterly MIS reports as required by management Experience in procurement of uniforms and uniform Accessories, including sourcing of fabric, garment vendors, evaluation & finalization of uniform vendors. Required Skills And Experience Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement, contract management, or a related field. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software. Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices are preferred. Good To Have Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Educational QualificationBachelor’s degree in commerce/finance, or a related field.
