Assistant Manager

We are seeking a Market & Business Development Specialist to drive growth, develop market intelligence, and strengthen customer relationships for our Pharma Packaging Solutions (Vials, Ampoules, Syringes & Cartridges). The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to identify new business opportunities while fostering relationships with both customers and internal teamsLocation: Mumbai Responsibilities:Market Research & Competitive Analysis :Develop and document market intelligence for vials, ampoules, syringes, and cartridges.Analyse customer data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.Provide strategic insights to optimize pricing, positioning, and sales strategies.Business Growth & Customer Acquisition :Identify and acquire new customers, driving business expansion.Develop new projects with existing customers by promoting innovative products and solutions.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the industry.Technical & Sales Enablement :Serve as the technical expert, offering insights and advice on product features, specifications, and practical applications.Interface with customers to understand their technical requirements and recommend tailored solutions.Promote the technical advantages of our products to attract new business opportunities.Cross-Functional Collaboration :Work closely with internal teams including Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance to enhance customer experience.Align business strategies with technical and operational capabilities to drive growth.Support marketing initiatives by providing technical content for promotional materials and presentations.Key Deliverables :Comprehensive market insights to drive informed business decisions.Increased customer base through strategic business development efforts.Enhanced product positioning by leveraging technical expertise.Strong internal collaboration for seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.Education Qualification:Master’s in Business Administration / Equivalent Post-Graduate Degree in Business Management/ B.
