We’re now doubling down on our product ecosystem — starting with Flinkk, our AI-powered business suite — and we’re looking for a Growth & GTM Associate who can amplify both Incresco’s brand presence and Flinkk’s market traction.This is a Founder’s Office role, working directly with the leadership team on growth, brand, and go-to-market execution. You’ll experiment, build, and hustle — driving awareness, adoption, and revenue through creative, data-backed initiatives.This is an investment role — the more impact you create, the more upside you unlock. You’ll have a 70:30 structure (fixed : performance), with uncapped rewards for those who move the needle.Who we’re looking for:Someone with founder energy — ambitious, hands-on, and unafraid to chase results.You think in terms of traction, not tasks.
