Monitoring and Coordinating Training & Development, Meeting, Counselling. Keep in touch with the management to ensure proper implementation of processes and policies. Handling Disciplinary action and Grievance procedures smoothly. Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace maintaining efficient operation of Safety, Hygiene and Environment. Assist conversant with local laws & regulations and ensure implementationMonitor & supervise all the administrative jobs. Any others task assigned by management.
