The ideal candidate will own the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing to onboarding—ensuring a seamless candidate experience and partnering closely with hiring managers to meet business hiring needs.Key Responsibilities:End-to-End Recruitment: Manage full-cycle recruitment for US-based roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.Sourcing & Talent Mapping: Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and team culture.Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback.Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, diversity hiring initiatives, and recruitment campaigns.Market Insights: Keep abreast of US market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability. Provide recommendations to improve hiring efficiency.Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with US labor laws and internal policies.Reporting & Metrics: Track recruitment metrics, generate reports on hiring status, and provide insights to leadership.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.5+ years of experience in end-to-end talent acquisition for US roles for both Part Time and Full Time rolesStrong understanding of US employment laws and hiring practices.Proven expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and social media.Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR tools.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefitsFlexible work environmentOpportunity to work in a dynamic, collaborative, and growing teamCareer growth and professional development opportunities
