JOB DESCRIPTION1. Job Purpose:Inquiring for people-development content and programs from both internal and external sources. Design and implement learning programs that meet business goals and corporate culture. Ensure quality of learning solution and effectiveness of implementation.Learning experience design both online and offline learning. Create knowledge-sharing activities and building learning culture. Be a change agent for learning transformation. 2. Main Responsibilities:· Searching, designing, and developing learning courses and solutions· Partnership with SME for ensuring the quality of content.· Curating learning content and develop course curriculums that meets the target's needs, business trends.· Assist head of integrated learning and talent & learning director to develop functional academy curriculum for all job functions,· Planning for programs implementation and evaluation. Be the end-to-end program manager.· Design, implement learning engagement and social learning activities.· Create effective communications for learning activities and related programs· Facilitate LIVE, visual classrooms, workshops.· Be an LMS administration, reporting tracking, and development of dashboards.· Seek alternative ways of informal learning, develop and implement them for serving the business agenda.· Administrate KM internal website, ensuring the information housed in the website is always up-to-date.· Other assignments as advised by head of integrated learning or talent & learning director. QUALIFICATIONQualifications:· Has knowledge and skills based on instructional design and adult-learning principles.· Proficiency in English language and computer· Strong interpersonal skills. Able to manage multiple stakeholders.· Strong facilitating skills· Strong presentation skills· Strong people development skills (e.g. coaching and advisory)· Learning and development technology savvy Education: - Minimum bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Management or any related fields.- Instructional design degree or certificate will be advantage. Experience:-Minimum 5 years in learning and development experience
