This on-site role involves overseeing and coordinating daily operations and ensuring they align with company goals and values. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, maintaining quality standards for products and services, monitoring inventory and supply chain processes, ensuring compliance with sustainability and ethical guidelines, and supporting senior management in strategy development and reporting. The Assistant Manager will also foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and team members to contribute to the company's succehiss. Qualifications Strong leadership skills in team management, operational oversight, and collaborationExperience in quality control, inventory management, and effective supply chain processesCustomer relationship management and ability to nurture client and supplier partnershipsKnowledge of sustainability practices, ethical sourcing, and environmental regulationsProblem-solving, organizational, and time management skillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field is preferred , Diploma or any relevant educational Background to this effect Previous experience in agriculture, leather goods, or taxidermy industries is a strong advantage
