Role Description This full-time, on-site role is located in Bulawayo for a position within Aura Fragrances. Core responsibilities include managing daily operations, assisting with the creation and curation of perfume products, providing excellent customer service, developing marketing strategies, and effectively identifying consumer trends. The role also involves facilitating collaboration across teams to ensure consistent quality and service excellence. Qualifications Experience and skills in product development, inventory management, and operationsKnowledge of marketing strategies, consumer behavior, and brand positioningStrong interpersonal, communication, and customer relationship management abilitiesCreativity and understanding of fragrance trends, sustainability, and personalizationProficiency in data analysis or reporting tools to monitor sales performanceAttention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality products and servicesBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
