Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Marketing Manager located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The Assistant Marketing Manager will assist in planning, executing, and evaluating marketing campaigns to strengthen brand visibility and drive business growth. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating marketing activities, managing digital and offline marketing efforts, analyzing campaign performance, conducting competitor analysis, and supporting the marketing team in achieving strategic goals. Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders will play a key part in this role. Qualifications Experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Content MarketingSkills in Market Analysis, Competitor Research, and Marketing Strategy DevelopmentStrong Project Coordination, Communication, and Problem-Solving abilitiesProficiency in tools related to Marketing Analytics, Digital Advertising, and Content CreationBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related fieldAbility to work effectively as part of a team in an on-site settingPrevious experience in the automotive industry is a plus but not required
