Section 01: General Description:Market Intelligence & Insights supports strategic decision-making by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting market and competitive data. This role involves synthesizing insights from internal and external sources to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and customer behaviors. The supervisor collaborates with cross-functional teams, contributes to forecasting and strategic planning, and provides actionable recommendations to senior management to drive growth and improve market positioning.Section 02: Major Accountabilities: Lead and manage research studies and reporting as directed by the line manager, ensuring timely delivery.Synthesize market trends, consumer behaviors, and needs into insightful reports and presentations monthly.Oversee and develop field management for survey projects, both internal and external, as requiredPrepare and deliver Competitor Movement and Reflection Reports across all channels as weekly basis.Oversee the design and delivery of insightful reports that analyze business functions and critical operations.Provide data support for Sales and Marketing to facilitate informed decision-making processes as needed.Assist the New Product Development (NPD) team with new projects as assigned by the line manager.Lead the monthly Market Intelligence Insights (MII) meeting, scheduled for the 25th of each month.Supervise team members to promote productivity, discipline, and a positive working environment.Support in collaboration project such as App development, Raw data management.Undertake additional projects assigned by the line manager.Section 03: Qualification:3 – 5 years’ experience in Market research and Data analysisEconomic,Development study,Market Survey StudyStatistic & Analysis toolsField work ManagementMs formPower BI
