Job ResponsibilitiesUnder general supervision of the Athletic Director, serves as the Assistant Men's and Women's Track/Field Coach responsible for all aspects of coaching and administering the men's and women's track/field Coach program. Responsible for monitoring academic progress of student-athlete team members, and ensuring adherence to and compliance with the rules regulations of the NJCAA (governing body of certified two-year collegiate athletic teams) and applicable College policies and procedures.Minimum And Additional RequirementsAssociate's degree and one (1) year of coaching experience and knowledge of NJCAA rules and regulations.Additional CommentsMust be able to attend all games and travel with the team as required. May require overnight stays. Valid driver's license required.
