We export our medicines to 34 countries around the world.To continue our success as a leading and innovative pharmaceutical company, we are looking for smart, talented and energetic candidates to join in our winning team.Prepare export documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, etc.).Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents to arrange timely dispatch of consignments.Monitor shipment schedules and ensure delivery within agreed timelines.Track shipments and share status updates with buyers.Coordinate with the accounts department and banks for export proceeds realization.Maintain accurate commercial records and payment tracking for each order.Assist in preparing export sales reports, shipment summaries.Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsBachelor’s degree from a reputed university with excellent academic recordExperience Requirements1 to 3 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical / Medicine CompaniesFreshers are also encouraged to apply.Additional RequirementsStrong understanding of export documentationGood interpersonal and communication skillMS Word, MS PowerPoint, Excel ProficiencyProactive, Smart, and Positive AttitudeGood communication skillBasic pharmaceuticals-related knowledgeJob LocationDhaka
