Assistant Operations Manager

As we grow, we’re looking for driven individuals to join our team and contribute to delivering high-level service to our clients.Position Overview:We’re hiring a full-time Assistant Operations Manager to support day-to-day logistics operations and help drive business growth. This role is ideal for someone with a strong logistics background who enjoys leading teams, improving systems, and building scalable workflows. You'll work closely with the operations team and leadership to ensure efficiency, consistency, and continuous improvement across our warehouse activities.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and support the daily operations team; assign and follow up on tasksCollaborate with the warehouse team for at least 1 hour/day to improve workflows and optimize use of the WMS (Warehouse Management System)Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth handover into operationsContribute to business expansion initiatives, including identifying and reaching out to potential business partnersMaintain performance standards and address any operational issues quicklyMonitor process efficiency and implement workflow improvementsWork with leadership to align operations with company goalsAssist in training staff on new procedures or system updatesSupport basic IT troubleshooting and system usage (IT knowledge is an asset)Qualifications:Must have logistics and warehouse operations knowledge2+ years of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain managementStrong leadership and organizational skillsExperience with warehouse or logistics software (WMS/TMS)Comfortable with technology; IT background is a plusExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalFluent in English; Mandarin is a strong assetAbility to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environmentA proactive and problem-solving mindsetWhy Join DelGate:Competitive salary based on experienceOpportunity for growth in a rapidly expanding logistics companyCollaborative, fast-paced environment with a focus on innovationWork on real improvements that directly impact operational performanceJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: $40,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
