Job Title: Assistant Outlet ManagerLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAEIndustry: 5-star Luxury ResortRole Overview:We are seeking a passionate and professional Assistant Outlet Manager with strong expertise in wines and beverage service to support the daily operations of our restaurant outlet. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth service delivery, maintain high guest satisfaction, and support the Outlet Manager in achieving operational and financial goals.Key Responsibilities:Supervise the day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth service and adherence to brand standards.Assist in managing the opening and closing procedures of the restaurant.Provide exceptional guest service by greeting, attending to, and resolving guest inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally.Support the Outlet Manager in developing and implementing operational strategies to drive sales and profitability.Supervise, train, and motivate team members to deliver consistent, high-quality service.Conduct pre-shift briefings to communicate daily specials, service updates, and performance targets.Ensure proper wine service standards are maintained; recommend food and wine pairings to enhance the guest dining experience.Oversee wine and beverage inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing wastage.Assist in maintaining outlet budgets, controlling costs, and achieving revenue goals.Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure timely and seamless service.Requirements:Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role within a restaurant, bar, or luxury hotel outlet.Proven expertise in wines, including wine pairing, storage, and service techniques.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.Knowledge of POS systems and basic financial reporting.WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) certification or similar qualification is an advantage.Prior Europe experience will be an advantage.Compensation & Benefits:Salary PackageVisa sponsorshipHealth insuranceEligible for Service Charge, Incentives and TipsAccommodationOnly shortlisted candidates will be reached out to.
