Reporting to the Manager, this full-time and permanent position is based in Iskandar Puteri, Johor Bahru and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Payment &Treasury Department and its’ growth.Key Responsibilities: The candidate is required to be involved in Fund Operations by manually setting up / initiating payment, cash management and remittance in the client’s online bank portal or payment platform by adhering to all implemented procedures and policies.Assist and coordinate with client in their treasury bank account management and work closely with the both client and banks to manage end to end process of client bank account which includes bank opening, change of account signatories, I- banking users, bank KYC reviews, bank account closure and other bank related tasks assigned by the Manager/Team Lead.Manage the client’s cash book updates, capital calls and any other tasks that is assigned by the Manager / Team Lead.Manage day to day client relationship by attending to both client and bank queries in a professional and timely manner in accordance with the Service Level Agreement and Turn-Around Time.Provide support to facilitate the on-time completion of internal and external audits. Key Requirements Must be willing to be based in Iskandar Puteri, Johor Bahru.Experience in Fund Operations, especially in payments, cash management, and treasury bank account handling (e.g., opening accounts, updating signatories), with solid knowledge of KYC documentation.Skilled in cashbook entries and capital call tracking.Strong time management and multi-tasking skills; able to handle multiple tasks with tight deadlines.Details oriented and highly focused.Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.A quick learner who is flexible and can adapt to changes easily.Takes full ownership and responsibility for assigned work, with a strong focus on accuracy (zero-error mindset).Must have excellent English communication skills to manage client and bank relationships effectively.Has a positive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to think creatively.A strong team player who works well in a dynamic environment and can collaborate across teams and departments.Degree holder in Business Management or Banking or any other related field of study which is relevant to the key responsibilities.Company Benefits:At our Malaysia office, we believe in putting our employees’ well-being first!
