With an active, get-things-done culture, this is a place where your dynamism and agility will make a difference.Your mission:In this role you will be a member of our People team and work closely with People Managers and Associates.You will coordinate HR processes, lead initiatives on performance, culture & engagement, and act as point of reference for compliance, benefits, and the Time & Attendance system.Responsibilities Support the People Business Partner and local managers across key HR processes (People Planning, job evaluations, pay changes). Act as local contact for Talent Acquisition, helping to coordinate recruiting activities and internship programs. Assist in the delivery of Performance Management and Transformation initiatives. Coordinate onboarding and exit interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience. Support training, benefits administration (medical, transport, wellness), and vendor coordination. Help maintain and update HR policies, and assist with Compliance and related training activities.Qualifications One year of professional experience in HR in a multinational company; Food & Beverages sector is preferred. Knowledge of Italian labour law and collective bargaining agreements (CCNL industria alimentare). A proactive, structured and collaborative mindset — someone who can take initiative and manage their own work. Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving attitude. Fluency in Italian and English (Spanish is a plus). Good command of MS Office; familiarity with payroll or time management systems would be a nice plus.What makes us different?
