The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in managing and executing the trade marketing plan for our brands, actively contributing to the achievement of business goals and enhancing brand visibility at the point of sale.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the Trade Marketing Plan and related activities for each brand, ensuring alignment with company objectives and established priorities.Plan and execute trade marketing initiatives (in-store & off-store), monitoring their effectiveness and return on investment.Analyze commercial performance by brand and category (sell-in / sell-out) and provide regular reporting.Define KPIs and targets for each activation, sharing data with brand teams and operations.Maintain relationships with suppliers to coordinate product launches, review investments, analyze results, and plan corrective actions when needed.Organize special in-store events (store openings, refurbishments, relocations).Collaborate cross-functionally with trade, supply chain, marketing, and merchandising teams to ensure adequate stock levels and proper product display.Coordinate events with external resources (beauty consultants, promoters, agencies).Oversee the invoicing process, monitor accrued budgets, and ensure alignment with monthly targets.Supervise POP materials and digital assets, ensuring compliance with group guidelines and timely delivery.RequirementsMinimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the retail beauty industry.Strong organizational, analytical, and budget management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proven ability to work in cross-functional teams.Good command of English, both written and spoken.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.What We OfferA dynamic and challenging work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.The chance to work with high-profile brands and gain national visibility on projects.Join us and make an impact in the world of Trade Marketing!
