The selected candidate will play a key role in leading emergency care services and contributing to the academic and clinical training of students and healthcare staff.ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Accident & Emergency Department to ensure timely, high-quality patient care.Supervise and mentor emergency medical officers, house officers, and nursing staff in clinical decision-making and emergency protocols.Participate actively in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, training, and academic activities related to emergency medicine.Develop, review, and implement emergency care protocols and quality improvement initiatives.Lead emergency response and preparedness activities in coordination with hospital departments.Ensure adherence to hospital policies, patient safety standards, and proper clinical documentation.Qualification & ExperienceMBBS with FCPS in Emergency Medicine, Medicine, or Surgery, recognized by the Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PM&DC).Minimum 23 years of post-FCPS teaching and clinical experience, preferably in Accident & Emergency.Proven ability to manage acute and critical cases efficiently.Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.Strong academic orientation with interest in teaching, training, and researchRequired SkillsEmergency Medicine, Patient Assessment, Medical Education,IndustryEducation/TrainingJob TypeFull Time/PermanentGenderNo PreferenceMinimum ExperienceFresh
