This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, communicating with multiple teams, and supporting the workflow of creative and operational projects.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport project managers with planning, scheduling, and coordinating tasks. Track project progress and help maintain timelines, deliverables, and checklists.Facilitate communication between teams to ensure information is clear and up-to-date. Help manage coordination with vendors, suppliers, and partners. Organize project files, materials, and internal tracking systems. Support event preparation, logistics, and onsite needs when required.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
