Assistant Project Manager

Location: - Hyderabad/ Chennai/ BangaloreDesignation: - Assistant Project ManagerLooking for a well experience Project Management for Office Fit-out & Maintenance.Project Planning & Execution-Well versed with planning tool and software.-Hands on experience on project planning and tracking modules and software-To review drawings, planning, tracking day to day interior & furnishing works of contractors.-To advise PM on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings or equipment, and collar coordination.-Handling multiple projects at a time.-Should have knowledge of BOQ-Monitoring other project in-charge.-Delegating work to the Project in-charges-To monitor installation, and arrangement of carpeting, accessories, paint and glass partition, art work, furniture, and related items.-To monitor and control quality of work and inspection of material delivered at site.-Ensure timely delivery of project completion within budget. Desired skills and expertise-- BE/B Tech in Civil Engineering/ Architect/ MBA in project management is a must-This position requires detail orientation, a process driven approach, quick problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.-A project management professional with minimum 3+ years of experience in the office Interior fit out industry.-Having relevant experience of managing corporate/ workplace interior fit-out projects.-Having the knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs.-Ability to work in a fast paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction.You can also refer to the following weblink to get better idea of our company background and management team.Website : www.awfis.com
